Product Description

PVC Roof tileapplication: roof tile in both industrial and residential applications 



Characteristics:
1.This production line is mainly used to produce PVC glaze title which width is 720,930,1100mm, thickness is 2mm,2.5mm 3mm.
2.PVC, ASA or PMMA compound roof tile production line consists of conical double screw extruder SJZ80/156, single screw co-extruder, extruding tool, forming machines for main tile and ridge tiles, haul-off, cutter, stacker;
3.Supply formula guide service and staple raw material purchase
4.professional analyzing and design by considering production cost and tile's performance.

Trade Terms

1. Payment Term: 30% for prepayment by T/T, 70% for balanced payment by T/T, or L/C can be acceptable
2. Delivery Time: 40 days after receipt of prepayment.
3. Packing Method:  Packing film or wooden case
4. Guaranteed Time:  12 months

Machinerunning Test And After Service

1. When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.
2. When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
