High quality imported bearings, accessories and grease are used for stable machine running and minimal parts

Batter Tank and Pump System.

Double walled to keep batter temperature stable. Steel sieve included. Backflow valve stop batter to release from

doser while adjustable doser help control the wafer size.

Star-Reel system.

Wafer takes shorter path from baking plates to rolling molds. Use of sugar and oil can be reduced. Patent pending.
