Product Description

Mayonnaise making machine ,vacuum emulsifying mixer

          Mixing machine, can be used in various washing products, daily chemical care products, pharmaceutical, foodstuff, industrial products, petrochemical Industry, paint and ink, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, etc.

1.  High speed disperser, mixing and disperse viscously, solid and liquid etc;
2. Various kind of raw material will be dissolve which is such as AES, AESA LSA;
3. During liquid production, it can save energy consumption and shorten production period;
4. Main adopts stepless timing device, reduce babble occur under low temperature and high viscosity condition less air bubble will be formed;
5. Finished products can be discharged by valve or match a screw pump.;
6. Adopting imported 316L stainless steel materials, inside and outside polishing,  conforming to GMP standards;

Single-bladed paddle mixing and Fixed paddle 0-63RPM,power:0.75KW , speed is ajdusted by frequency controller . 

(2).Homogenizer 

Speed :0-3000r/min,Power:2.2KW ,speed is adjusted by frequency controller 

(3).Heating and cooling 

heating by electric pipe , 2 pcs 6KW heating pipe in the jacket . Cooling by water . 

(4).Material 

The machine is made of stainless steel . There are three layers . The inner layer is SUS304 , thickness :4 mm . The middle and out layers are made of SUS304 , thickness :3 mm . 

The legs and electric case are made of SUS304 .
