Fried bean snack production line bean snack frying machine 

 

Equipment introduction:

the bean snack production line are designed for nuts snack, it can fry peanuts, cashew nuts, green bean, broad bean and some other snacks.

 

Equipment composition:

conveyor: convey the materials to the fryer machine evenly.
 

fryer: usually nut will fall down to the bottom of fryer while frying, so we using single net belt with high scraper to keep the products go ahead, in this way we can get the best quality products.

oil filter: the is our patent products using for filtering the sediment while frying. 

Non cost of filter paper and filter aid agent, it can continuous working for a long time, equipment with self-cleaning system no need for human doing, save labor costs.

 

conveyor: convey the fried products into the de-oiling machine.

 

de-oiling machine: centrifugal de-oiling and continuous working, the de-oiling time can be adjusted, frequency conversion control speed, frequency conversion trig.

conveyor: convey the finished products to the flavoring machine.

 

Flavoring machine: continuous flavoring machine, we can adjusted the tube speed and powder feeding speed to get the best mixing effect.

 

Powder feeder: with electromagnetic vibration to powder. the speed can be adjusted and more evenly.

 You can do 30% prepayment at first, then we will start to make production.  
 when the machine is ready , we will take pictures to you, and then you can do the balance.  
 after we got your payment. We will send the machine to you.
4. How about your service after sales? Can your engineer speak fluent English?
We offer the service from you received the machine, including installation of the machine, 
how to use machine? how to let machine work? usually we will teach you how to do by email or by Skype. Our engineer has many years of experience for CNC machine service. he can speak very good English, so he can solve the problem in short time.
5. How about the documents after shipment?
After shipment,well send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, 
Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by client.
