Operating principle
Jaw crusher machine uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.

What is the Using of Jaw Crusher?
1). Putting the material after the smooth running.
2). Avoid putting the material from aside when the stone is evenly crushed in crushing chamber.
3). Generally, the bearing temperature is between 35°C and 70°C.
4). Stopping putting into material and the stone is fully crushed in chamber before closing the motor.
