Application & Features

PS foam picture frame machine twin screw extruder is one kind of special equipment for all kinds of PS HIPS EPS plastic extruding and forming. It is equipped with different moulds and auxiliary machines, which can produce PVC PS UPS EPS pipes, profiles, decorative boards, pellets with various specifications.
The barrel and screw adopts cast-aluminum heating rings and air-cooling system. It has the characteristics of quick and even heat transfer, convenient operation and maintenance, etc, which is application for PS foam photo picture frame machine
The core part of screw adopts auto circular water cooling system in order to raise efficiency. According to customer's material formulation, we choose the screw with most reasonable structure, with the aim of reaching the best plasticizing status, as well as good material floating quality.
The reduction box and distribution case adopt imported bearings and oil seals. Gearwheel is made of 38CrMoALA, with nitriding treatment specially for PS foam profile producing machine. 
Temperature control system adopts imported temperature gauge and contactor, with the controlling precision reaching 1 cent degree. 
Driving motor adopts AC or DC motor, with motor speed controlled separately by imported inverter, or British EUROTHERM 590 speed governor. Electric system is equipped with error alarming device, as well as current overload protector.  
Plastic frame for pictures and photos production Machine is made by high precision special digital screw miller; extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screw with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut.
The distribution box on PS picture fame production line is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, and the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear large extruding pressure.
