The automatic minor repair equipment aims at the production status of the oil and water well operations.It is designed for solving the problems of the poor working environment, high labor intensity and high construction safety risks.
The automatic minor repair equipment is an automatic device modified on the existing workover rig (The main configuration is as follows).Its main function is to realize the automation of the uplifting, makeup/breakout and centring of the oil tubing during the running and pulling operation.

 v-shaped slip walk

It is 6.1m long and is driven by a 2m stroke hydraulic cylinder.
The round steel with high finish inside the slide is used as the lifting channel for tubing, pipe and other tools, which can replace the pulley, and the operation is convenient and quick.
The high finish surface inside the slideway provides good protection for the tubing screw.

Guide rails Support

The diagonal support of the guide rail is the sliding carrier of the V-shaped guide rail. One end is hinged with the lifting platform and the other end is connected with the inclined cylinder. The maximum lifting height is 1.2 meters and the maximum inclination Angle is 12 degrees.
