1.Trepan pin for position fixing

Circled pin is used for lift the rubber roller. So the material will loose, the pin on the die can fix into the hole at the side of the material. Make sure the second time die cut is at the right position. 
 

2. Digital control system, we can do second or more die cut


 

3. Metal die and normal die are workable

 

4.Auto oil control system, while run out of oil, machine will alarm

5.Adjust the die cut pressure by change values in the touch screen. And after adjust, we can lock the structure of the board and keep stable die cut pressure.
