Product Description

Main Features of the Machine:
Feeding and discharging are controlled through magnetic powder brake and clutch
Adopt ceramic anilox roller, which is characterized by durability, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance as well as more efficient for reducing the times for changing in order to increase the production efficiency.

The inking roller can automatically fall off at stoppage and transfer at low speed in order to keep the ink from being dry.
This machine is generally used for one color roll paper flexo printing(70-250GSM) and self-adhensive paper coating (solid printing). It has functions of IR drying and re-winding. The main motor is driven by converter with auto tension control unwinding and rewinding.

It has a compact structure with easy operation, no-air pollotion. If UV unit and film lamination device are equipped with it can do UV glue film laminationand UV vanishing. Optional functions: UV lamination device and UV vasihing.
