Tungsten Carbide Tips Blade Belt Cleaner:
 
H-type belt cleaner is optimally mounted in the head of the pulley to drop carryback right at the transfer point.  The belt cleaner blades have tungsten carbide tips, ensures excellent wear resistance.

 


 
Conveyor Polyurethane Blade Primary Belt Cleaner:
 
1. Installation position: head pulley or discharge pulley
2. High wear resistant polyurethane blade does not damage conveyor belt.
3. PU blade is compatible with belt joint, even mechanical joint, such as belt fastener.
4. Both one-piece pu blade and segmented pu blade are available.
 
 
Conveyor Secondary Polyurethane Belt Cleaner:
 
1. Installation position: the bel leaves the head pulley and anywhere down the beltline.
2. High wear resistant polyurethane blade does not damage conveyor belt.
