Product Description

Features:
The mixer for flavor and color cfm50 is intended to pre-mix flavors, colors and acids into the boiled sugar mass, so as to prevent evaporation and ensure that a fully uniform product is obtained.
It consists of a column carrying the mixing head, a conveyor trolley, and a 50kg capacity, Teflon coated aluminum-alloy bowl.
Mixing is carried out by two Teflon coated arms that operate on a sloping axis, and cross each other during their planetary movement.
The sugar mass passes from the cooker into mixer bowl and is carried to the mixer itself by the trolley.
When the machine is turn on, the bowl is automatically lifted to the same height as the arms. These immediately begin to turn and incorporate the colors, flavors and acids poured by the operator into the sugar mass. From 20 to 30 seconds are required to mix each other.
When the operation is finished, the bowl automatically descends into the trolley and the sugar mass is ready for transfer to the kneading machine.
