Working principle:Classifier and cyclone separator, dust collector, induced draft fan constitute a grading system. The material under the action of the fan's pumping force moves from the lower inlet of the grader to the classification zone with the ascending airflow. Under the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated, and the fine particles meeting the particle size requirements are classified. The wheel blade clearance enters into the cyclone separator or the dust collecting device. The coarse particles entrain some fine particles and the velocity disappears. After falling along the wall of the cylinder to the secondary air outlet, the thick and fine particles are separated by the strong panning action of the secondary air. The particles rise to the secondary grading stage and the coarse particles fall to the discharge port.
