Suitable cutting material:

The sheet cutting machines we produce are as below:
1. CQ-320, CQ-420 are used for full cut 

Host of the machine is as in the above picture. 
Max. cutting speed is 280 cuts/min


Machine is with a separate unwind equipment. Like in the above picture. 
There is a sensor or dancer on the unwind equipment, makes sure the unwind speed is match with the cutting speed. 


The sheet cutter is also ok for work together with other converting machines 


2. CQ-360, CQ-500 Automatic Roll to sheet cutting machine 
Such machines are ok for both kiss cut and through cut. 
The cutting blades are changeable. 

The above structure is for through cut. After cutting, the cutting products follow down one by one.

3. CQC-650 Automatic Roll to sheet cutting machine 
This machine is main for kiss cut, normally, material is in sheet. 
Some customer use the machine for X, Y direction cut. 

4. CQ-800, CQ-1300 Automatic Roll to sheet cutting machine 
Such machines are only for through cut. 
Normally, customers use such machine for cut thick material. Like PVC film, and other paper, tape with liner etc.
