Advantages:

Bearing principle:

When the bolt is expanded by water injection, 15MPa high-pressure water acts on the rock hole through the pipe wall, causing the rock mass to deform, and the metal pipe wall will produce plastic deformation, embedded in the rock mass. The hydraulic expansion bolt will bear the load immediately after installation, and the bearing capacity is large.


Introduction to construction

1. According to the design requirements, determine the anchor hole position and drill hole with drilling machine.

2. Use compressed air to blow out the rock powder in the hole. Put the anchor bolt body on the anchor plate and put them into the hole.
 3. Put the injector on the bolt nozzle. Inject 15 ~ 20Pa high-pressure water into the bolt to swell the bolt.
