QT series CHOCOLATE ENROBING LINE ( add G-CT Chocolate Cooling Tunnel)
PROFILE:
1.Chocolate coating machine compose of chocolate enrobe machine and cooling tunnel.
2.Chocolate coating machine is used for coating chocolate paste on the surface of many kinds of foods, such as candy, cake and
biscuit etc. Then various flavor of chocolate products can be produced.
3.Chocolate coating machine can coat chocolate on all sides of foods. Also it can coat chocolate only on one side(bottom) for your
option.
4. Real chocolate and compound chocolate are both workable to make in this machine.



Materials: all parts contact with foods and the machine's whole frame are made by stainless steel 304 . Frames and coverings are made by SUS 201 . Material of conveyor belt: PU(food grade), With draw able charging cylinder, Conveyor match with position correcting device, Delta brand PLC and touch screen Controlling,Match with 16m effective length cooling tunnel ( two sets of 3HP and one set of 5HP Refrigerating units).Copeland brand cooling unit,China brand motor and reducer,Air TAC pneumatic components.
